When we encountered a minor issue with insects coming in from the nearby forest, the owners promptly addressed it and even offered a refund-an unprecedented gesture in my experiences. The well-appointed units not only had all the necessary amenities, including an electric kettle and heating, but also boasted a cozy sitting area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The convenient location within walking distance of various attractions and dining options made our stay even more enjoyable. This establishment truly sets a high standard for hospitality and customer care, exceeding all my expectations.
